The FP 160P sits in the upper-middle of our heavy-tonnage range, rated at 160 tons. Its wide 0 - 172 mm stroke range suits complex forming work, at 45 strokes per minute in continuous operation. The 800 x 1100 mm table accommodates large, heavy dies, and the 8-slide ram's close match to table size keeps force evenly distributed even across dies this size, allowing larger progressive tooling than comparable presses. On lines with frequent heavy die changes, motorized ram adjustment reduces operator workload, while the hydraulic overload protector keeps both press and tooling protected over years of service.
