Braided Cord
Braided cord is produced with braiding technique and various threads or combinations of cotton, polyester or polypropylene yarns. The usage area is quite wide due to its flat and round varieties. Polyester flat and round cords give a smooth and soft feeling resisting abrasion and rot. While Polypropylene cords are brighter and sturdier, cotton cords are more natural and environmentally friendly. Braided cords are used for many beneficial purposes, from bags to camping equipment. We produce braided cord from 1 mm to 16 mm widths in various structures and yarns with demanded color and packaging options. By embracing standard and quality production, the processes of braided rope are raw material acceptance- yarn transmission- manufacture- dyeing- packaging- shipment. Quality Controls are always made at every step of the process.
