Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi is a renowned company with a rich
history dating back to the 1970s. Since 1991, Ayvansaray Gıda has been
dedicated to providing top-quality products and services. Located in Bağcılar
Mahmutbey, their 2,000 square meter facility is where they continue to uphold
their commitment to excellence.
As pioneers
in the industry, Ayvansaray Gıda initially focused on sesame production in a
time when variety and competition were limited, and the pastry and Turkish
simit (a type of bread) sector had not yet fully developed. Over the years,
they have adapted to changing trends and embraced the latest technologies to
expand their product range.
Today, their
primary product line includes packaged Turkish simit, pastries, cookies,
hamburgers, helva (a sweet confection), tahini (sesame paste), sesame seeds
used in helva and pita bread, and more. They also supply black seeds, blue
poppy seeds, flaxseeds, anise seeds, coconut, and molasses.
