Betek Boya Kimya ve Sanayi A.Ş. was established in 1988 and has developed high-quality products in the fields of construction materials, concrete additives, ready-mixed mortars, and waterproofing materials. In 1993, the company entered the decorative paints field in collaboration with Europe's largest decorative paint manufacturer, DAW, creating the Filli Boya brand. Betek has become a leading and innovative brand in the paint industry, producing groundbreaking products. The company became the market leader in the paint industry in 2001. Betek holds ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 50001, and IATF 16949 management system certificates. It has a production facility in Egypt with a capacity of 26,000 tons of paint. In 2019, Betek Boya became a global player when it was acquired by Japan-based Nippon Paint.
