Surface Preparation by Spray/Dip Type and Surface Cleaning
The aim of surface cleaning in surface preparation systems is to remove all kinds of oil, rust, etc. from the part to be painted, and to provide good adhesion to the cover layer by phosphating, chromating and nano ceramic coating. This helps the painted part to withstand oxidation and increase corrosion resistance against environmental conditions. Surface cleaning systems are divided into two types: immersion and spray tunnel type.
