Production Data Collection with KeyPDTs
KeyPDTs are designed to follow the production movements of various machines in all operating conditions by converting them into digital signals without any problems, and to create an interface between the operator and the central system. Since the first versions of PVT 9801 devices were used in the industry in 1998, they have been finalized with several development projects, and it has been registered as a new product in the world with a 20-year protected patent. Today, close to 20,000 KeyPDTs have been used in various heavy industry conditions for many years without any problems. KeyPDTs can send new data to the center in 1/10th of a second, and in a 300-device enterprise, the data of all devices can be transferred to the center ten times per second.
