Hard Chrome Plating: Utilizing chromium, a metallic element known for its extreme hardness and high melting point of 1857 °C, we enhance the durability and resilience of metals.
Cylindrical Grinding - Polishing: Our facilities, where surface quality is paramount, perform polishing on existing lathes using mop fleece application. The resulting surface roughness typically ranges between 1.5 - 2.0 Rz.
Mirror Surface - Super Finish: Tailoring to your specific needs, we achieve a super finish with surface roughness as low as 0.1- 0.2 microns Rz, enhancing the quality and creating a mirror-like surface.
