Mes Döküm, a cornerstone in the casting industry, was established in 2002 at Esenyurt - Kıraç to fulfill the casting needs of both local and global markets. Initiated to meet the requirements of the YILMAZ Companies Group, including Yılmaz Redüktör A.Ş. and ELK Motor A.Ş., Mes Döküm has expanded its operations beyond the group since 2014. The company boasts a state-of-the-art facility in Tekirdağ Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone, spanning over 101,000 m2 of open area and 42,000 m2 of enclosed space.

Our Product Range and Services:

Pik (Gray Cast Iron) Casting: We produce various grades like EN-GJL-150, EN-GJL-200, EN-GJL-250, and EN-GJL-300, adhering to TSE EN 1561 (DIN EN1561) standards.

Sfero (Ductile Iron) Casting: Our ductile iron castings conform to TSE 1563 (DIN EN1563) standards, offering grades such as EN-GJS 400-15, EN-GJS 400-18 LT, EN-GJS 500-7, EN-GJS 600-3, EN-GJS 700-2, and EN-GJS 800-900-2.

Bronze Casting: Specializing in G-CuSn12Ni alloy gear blank castings, we follow the DIN 1705 standard for high-quality bronze casting.
