About Us
SIO Automotive stands out as a pioneering manufacturer specializing in suspension and steering components. Our extensive product range, covering over 3000 references, includes various products tailored to meet diverse automotive needs. Our commitment to excellence is evident in this rich product portfolio. Below, you can find detailed information about our products categorized into 10 subgroups:
Aluminum Arm
Facilitating the connection between the wheel assembly and the chassis, aluminum arms enable independent vertical movement of wheels.
Preferred in high-end and top-quality vehicles for their lightweight nature, aluminum arms are approximately 55% lighter than their steel counterparts.
Steel Arm
Functionally equivalent to aluminum arms but heavier in build, steel arms play a crucial role in connecting the wheel assembly to the chassis and ensuring independent vertical movement of wheels.
Rotil - Leaf Type
Serving as a pivotal joint between wheels and suspension, leaf-type rotils are crafted from processed forged bodies, often working in conjunction with leaf springs.
Rotil - Cassette Type
Performing the role of a movable joint between wheels and suspension, cassette-type rotils are commonly integrated with leaf springs or rotary arms.
Female Ball Joint
Acting as a flexible connecting component, the female ball joint transmits steering motion from the steering column to the wheel unit's rotating spindle.
Male Ball Joint
Similar to the female ball joint, the male ball joint facilitates the transmission of steering motion from the steering column to the wheel unit's rotating spindle.
Z Rotation
An essential component for stabilizing the vehicle during turns, Z rotation transfers external forces from the outer wheel to the inner wheel, maintaining balance during cornering. It connects to the lower suspension arms.
Tubular Rod
Connecting the steering box to the wheels, the tubular rod is commonly used in older vehicle models.
Steering Shaft
Linked to the steering unit, the steering shaft conveys steering motion from the steering wheel to the ball joint, ensuring coordinated movement in both left and right wheels.
Swing Arm
Enabling the connection between the wheel assembly and the chassis, the swing arm allows independent vertical movement of wheels.
At SIO Automotive, our dedication to innovation and quality reflects in our cutting-edge products, tailored to meet the demands of the automotive industry. Elevate your driving experience with our precision-engineered suspension and steering solutions.
