Tefaş A.Ş. is a leading company in the automotive aftermarket sector, established in 1983 in Topkapı, Istanbul. With a current presence in Topkapı and Gebze, spanning a total of 30,000 m² of closed area, we specialize in providing services to prominent OEMs in the automotive industry.
Our Competencies
Press: We boast a range of 60 press lines, ranging from 50 tons to 1600 tons, including Progressive, Transfer, and G2 Robot lines.
Assembly: Our assembly capabilities include spot welding machines with power ranging from 120 to 320 kVa, integrated with current control units. We perform product assembly using Cold Welding/Aluminum/CMT Spot, Projection, Mig/Mag welding methods in robot cells with Poka-Yoke assistance.
Surface Treatment: Our automated lines enable us to perform surface treatment operations, including powder coating and electrostatic (ZnFe, ZnNi, Fe) coating.
Testing and R&D: With expertise in cold sheet forming, design, and manufacturing of welded and multi-coated parts, we collaborate with major industries to develop projects tailored to meet customer needs.
