About Us
Teknik Lazer is a Turkish company operating in the "Laser Cutting" sector since 2006, commencing production in İkitelli OSB with entirely domestic capital. As a provider of laser cutting and bending services, Teknik Lazer caters to the production of all kinds of sheet metal parts for various sectors. Today, Teknik Lazer stands out as the facility with the most modern technology in the country for "Laser Cutting." This is why Teknik Lazer is confidently preferred by a wide customer base throughout the country.
Factory
Situated in İkitelli O.S.B, Teknik Lazer operates within a total area of 2000 m2 with 1500 m2 dedicated to production and a professional team of 45 members. With a monthly production capacity of 350 tons of metal processing, Teknik Lazer's facilities consist of departments for R&D, laser cutting, sheet bending, welding, and assembly. The production line includes:
3 Bystronic laser cutting machines
3 CNC Abkant bending machines
1 sheet rolling machine
Numerous MIG/TIG and spot welding machines
Drilling, guide pulling, nut riveting, clinching machines, capable of processing materials up to 4000 x 2000 dimensions for stainless steel (up to 20 mm), ST37 (up to 25 mm), and Aluminum (up to 12 mm), as well as pipes up to O 300 and profiles up to 200 x 200.
