Akarmak offers complete turnkey retreading plants and single machinery in both Truck (TBR) and Off-The-Road (OTR) tire retreading. The product portfolio includes highly engineered CNC-controlled buffers, cushiongum extruder tread builder machines and various TBR autoclaves with advanced automation features. The TBR plants can be designed based on daily/monthly volume capacities and the custom-made layouts providing the most efficient work flows are engineered and designed by Akarmak experienced team. The OTR retreading includes precured (cold) and orbitread (cut-tread) systems from 25” to 63” sizes. In addition to the critical OTR retreading machinery, Akarmak’s machinery scope includes other supplementary machinery to allow Akarmak to set up turnkey plants with different capacities.
