Alp Aviation is among the leading corporations in the aerospace industry export of Turkey. Ranking in the 5th place in Turkey in the exports of Defense and Aviation Sector in 2017 right after TUSAS, TEI, Pratt & Whitney THY Engine Maintenance Center and Aselsan, Alp Aviation has also ranked 3rd in exports to the USA.
Alp Aviation has four facilities in Eskisehir with a combined production area of 50.000 square meter. With its extensive experience in machining and processing titanium, aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper alloys and super alloys, Alp Aviation manufactures Helicopter Dynamic Parts & Assemblies, Helicopter Tail Rotor Drive Shaft System (TRDS) Parts & Assemblies, Dynamic & Static Engine and APU Parts, Landing Gear Parts & Assemblies, Structural Parts & Assemblies for Aircraft, Hydraulic and Fuel Systems Tube Assemblies.
Alp Aviation utilises new generation multi-axes machining centres, CMM quality control, applies special processes, makes assembly operations and does the final acceptance tests. Among its clients, the world's leading aerospace companies are available such as Sikorsky, Pratt & Whitney, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Lockheed Martin, Collins Aerospace, Honeywell, Boeing and Aselsan.
The quality system is in accordance with the requirements of the global aerospace industry, as reflected in the highest level quality certifications that Alp Aviation possesses, including AS EN 9100, NADCAP, Flight Safety Parts Manufacturing License for Sikorsky platforms and its participation in the UTC ACE Gold Program in which Alp Aviation has been awarded “ACE Gold” on its all cells. In addition to this, the state of the art ERP system is utilized in the management of the entire manufacturing processes and the corporate functions.
Alp Aviation has been approved as Research and Development Center by Turkish Government on November 14th, 2013. This becomes an important step for gaining even more significant roles in national and international programs, as design and engineering partner.
