About Us

Aşama Klişe Grafik Sanayi is a company that prepares tube printing (textile dyeing) cylinder engraving and tube printing pattern design or original drawings for printing. They are capable of producing in all sizes and circumferences in the field of textile printing cylinders.

Embossing cylinders are used in the printing of embossed works and are processed deeper than normal printing cylinders. Nowadays, embossing cylinders are usually made using acid reduction technique. Other systems can be done using CNC benches and laser engraving machines. The usage area of embossing cylinders is quite wide. It can be applied on top of synthetic leather, floor coverings, PVC tablecloths, plexiglass, parquet, aluminum and similar metal materials. Using the acid reduction technique, they can engrave up to a maximum of 2000 microns, starting from 40mm to 4500mm in length, starting from 45mm in diameter to 550mm in diameter.

Using the acid reduction technique, the bright cylinders are matted. Drug printing cylinders, as the name suggests, are used in the printing of drug packages. The visuals printed on aluminum foil are then coated on drug packages. They are able to manufacture cylinders in all sizes and perform the engraving process in the best way in the field of drug printing cylinders.

Wallpaper printing cylinders, as the name suggests, are used in wallpaper printing and embossing (embossing) applications. They are able to manufacture cylinders in all sizes, design patterns, original drawings and perform the engraving process in the best way in the field of wallpaper print printing cylinder and embossing cylinder.

Transfer printing cylinders, as the name suggests, are used in transfer printing technique. First of all, the visual works to be transferred are processed on the cliché. It is then printed on specially produced papers. The patterns applied on paper are transferred to fabrics and similar materials using printing presses. They are able to manufacture cylinders in all sizes, design patterns, original drawings and perform the engraving process in the best way in the field of transfer printing cylinders.

Genuine leather and synthetic leather printing cylinders are used in pattern, lacquer and emboss applications. They are able to manufacture cylinders in all sizes, design patterns, original drawings and perform the engraving process in the best way in the field of leather and synthetic leather print printing cylinder and embossing cylinder.

Our company, which has adopted being a pioneer of innovations as a principle, has put into operation Laser Engraving System. With our laser engraving machine, we can make laser engraving without any trace from 50 Ø - 600 Ø 100mm to 4500mm. We produce Laser Embossing cylinder, Laser Emboss cylinder, Laser Print cylinder, Laser tram cylinders, Laser tablecloth cylinder, laser wallpaper cylinder, laser tarpaulin cylinder, laser leather synthetic leather cylinder, laser camata, laser hotmelt cylinder, laser wood and wooden cylinders. In addition, thanks to our laser engraving machine we can do 2D, 3D, 4D and more dimensional studies.
