Bus Chassis (TEMSA SKODA SABANCI Transportation Vehicles Inc.)

BSC Metal specializes in producing the chassis for several city and intercity bus models, including Avenue Electron, Avenue LF, Maraton, LD SB E, LD SB Plus, Safir Plus, and Prestij SX. Each bus chassis is comprised of approximately 1,500 parts, with a daily production capacity of five units. After the initial cutting, bending, and welding processes at the Gaziantep facility, the parts are transported to Adana, where they undergo assembly, welding, and primer coating before final delivery.

Truck Chassis (TEMSA SKODA SABANCI Transportation Vehicles Inc.)

The company manufactures the chassis for the Fuso Canter truck model. These truck chassis consist of around 100 parts, and BSC Metal has a daily production capacity of 30 units. As with the bus chassis, the truck chassis components are processed in Gaziantep and assembled and finished in Adana before delivery to the client.

Trailer Chassis (Koluman Automotive Industry Inc.)

BSC Metal also produces trailer chassis, specifically for container carriers. Each trailer chassis consists of approximately 150 parts, and the company produces four units per day. The chassis undergo cutting, bending, and welding at the Gaziantep facility before being fully assembled and delivered to Koluman.

Airport Tractor Chassis (Charlatte Manutention – Fayat Group)

For Charlatte Manutention, a subsidiary of the Fayat Group, BSC Metal manufactures chassis for airport tractors, including models CT5G, T135, and T137. These chassis, consisting of about 100 parts, are produced at a rate of two units per day. After processing in Gaziantep, the components are assembled and finished in Adana before being shipped to the client for export to France and the United States.

Tractor Cabin Frames (Erkunt Tractor Industry Inc.)

BSC Metal manufactures the skeleton frames for CRD model tractor cabins. These frames consist of around 50 parts, with a daily production capacity of 10 units. The components are cut, bent, and welded in Gaziantep and then delivered in their final form to Erkunt Tractor.
