Tekstil is located in Istanbul's Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone and
produces with 130 knitting machines of different types and specifications in a
closed area of 12,000 square meters. Our facility has a capacity of 16,000 to
21,000 day/kg depending on the technical specifications of the fabrics
produced. Each machine can produce different types of fabrics and can reach a
daily capacity of 3500 kg/day for the same type of fabric. The daily production
program can be electronically and online controlled by all units. Our fabric
archive, which is 16 years old, is unique in its field, and the quality of the
produced fabrics is monitored for a total of 8 machines and 24 hours. The
barcode system in our quality control is programmed to track the fabrics'
weight, surface, average weight per top, and total number of errors even after
leaving our factory. Additionally, our facility has a 3500 kg/day capacity gipe
plant created for our own needs.
