Our Products and Services:
Machining and Production: We specialize in high and low volume production of metal parts, including copper, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel. Our machining capabilities cover threading, drilling, cutting, and riveting. We also provide surface treatments such as nickel, nickel/zinc, and CR+3 coatings.
Press Stamping: Demir Otomat is equipped for both high and low volume press stamping. We manufacture terminal components for electrical materials, including coated and uncoated terminal contacts.
Assembly: We excel in high and low volume assembly projects, including the assembly of complex parts. Our automation capabilities ensure efficiency and precision.
Silver Contacts: We offer a wide range of silver contacts made from various alloys, including AgNi, AgSn02, AgZn0, and AgCd0. These contacts come in various diameters, from Ø2.00 to Ø10.00, and are used in various applications.
Custom Manufacturing: Demir Otomat is known for its expertise in custom manufacturing. We can produce and supply a variety of materials, including plastic-metal components, to meet your specific requirements.
Research and Development (R&D): Our dedicated R&D team focuses on mold design and development in metal and plastic, as well as machine design and development. We also offer project amortization services.
