About Us

Our "pasta fresca" products are indispensable flavors of Italian cuisine. Our fresh pastas, which cook in a short time of 3-4 minutes and appeal to the palate, are pasteurized and packaged in special containers using the M.A.P. method. Our products retain their freshness in a +4 degree refrigerator environment. Our fresh pastas contain durum wheat semolina and pasteurized eggs, so they retain their shape when cooked and are easy to digest. Ravioli, tortelloni, tortellini, linguini, fettucine, tagliatelle, and lasagna are our most popular varieties.
