Eliar Electromechanical manufactures tank farms for chemical automation systems. One of the most important parameters affecting the color in the painting process is the dye, and therefore it is important to keep it under control. We have three different options to serve this purpose: Paternoster and moving weighing system, Paternoster and fixed weighing system, TBT powder paint weighing unit. It allows liquid chemicals to be automatically sent to usage points in a single line. The SLD, developed using collector technology, consists of four parts: SLD MU: Measurement Unit, SLD VALVE FARM: Chemical Inlet Valves, SLD FIELD VALVES: Distribution Valves for Usage Points, SLD CU: Control Unit. It is the ideal solution for the transfer of chemicals especially in low quantities and economically to usage points. Where it is used: All kinds of fabric dyeing machines (Jet, Airjet, Overflow, Jigger), All kinds of yarn/fiber dyeing machines, Piece dyeing machines (Jean dyeing, Jean washing, grinding), Washing machines, Scarves, Continuous (Continuous) dyeing machines (Pad-Batch, Pad-Steam, etc.).
