ERA Metallurgy specializes in stainless steels, super alloys, titanium alloys, bronzes, continuous casting rods, and thermal spray equipment and materials. Stainless steels have the highest hardness degree due to their high carbon content, and their toughness and corrosion resistance are also very high. Super alloys are high-strength nickel-copper alloys with excellent corrosion resistance to seawater, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, and alkalis. Titanium alloys have excellent strength-density ratios and good corrosion resistance with commercial purity titanium grades. Bronzes are tin bronze alloys, also known as red bronze or leaded bronze. Continuous casting rods have standard lengths of 3000mm +50/+150 mm, and consulting services are available for different length requests. Thermal spray equipment and materials use the arc spray coating method, where two conductive wires are melted and sprayed during arc formation, turning the wires into a molten state.
