COMPANY PROFILE 

Our new company which has founded at “ Eskişehir - Organized - Industrial Zone “ in 2007 , by needs of manufacturer for Gas – Components of Gas – Stove and Ovens , has started to do business . The parts which are needed to machining are being done at department of mechanical processing. 

Machining are consist of 3 lines : 1 ) Main Steel Pipe 2 ) Aluminium Pipe 3 ) Assembly Line  

MACHINING DEPARTMENT 

All aluminium and zinc parts which we need are being processed such as turning, trimming , drilling, screwing. Those parts are deburred , cleaned , polished by “ Vibro Finishing Machine “ and sand – blasted by sand – blasting machine. 

MAIN GAS PIPE LINE 

Main gas distribiution pipe for Gas – Stove and ovens are being cutted at necessary – size , then are being processed by a ) Driling b ) Screwing c ) Forming d ) Bending e ) Forging f ) Welding. After all these process, They are ready to be sent to Assembly – Line. 

ALUMINIUM PIPE LINE 

Aluminium pipes which are needed for Gas – Distribution of Gas Stove and Ovens are being processed as forging, forming. After these processes, They are sent to Assembly – Line by fixing to the Gas – Mixed Room. 

ASSEMBLY LINE 

Valves are mounted to the “ Main – Gas – Distribution Pipe “ which were already prepared . According to the types and Forms of Gas – Stove and Ovens, The Group of “ Aluminium Pipe “ and “ Euro – pool “ which are prepared by forming in accordance with the types and shapes of the group of “ Gas – Stove “ and Ovens, are installed to the valves with suitable apparatus.After finishing the installation, the group of “ Alüminium – Pipe “ and “ Euro – Pool “ are tested by “ ATEQ Test Machine “ against gas - leakage and are ready for Despatchment.
