KONBAŞ Ambalaj Sanayi A.Ş. was founded in 1952 in Istanbul, Turkey, by Hüseyin Başarır, a pioneer in the beverage industry. The company's primary mission was to produce crown caps for the beverage industry.

Since its establishment in 1952, KONBAŞ Ambalaj Sanayi A.Ş. has consistently been one of Turkey's leading manufacturers of crown caps, serving as a vital component in the beverage packaging process. Over the years, the company has made substantial investments, transforming itself into the most modern "Bottle Cap Factory" in the country.

From production to consumption, KONBAŞ Ambalaj Sanayi A.Ş. operates with an unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality products and services to beverage fillers. Until the end of 1993, the company conducted its operations at its factory located in Topkapı. However, in early 1994, it relocated to a state-of-the-art facility covering 13,000 square meters in Çatalca, complete with 6,000 square meters of enclosed space, where it continues its production activities.

KONBAŞ Ambalaj Sanayi A.Ş. boasts a production capacity of over 3 billion crown caps annually, meeting global standards for beverage bottles, including those approved by major beverage giants like Coca-Cola and Pepsi Cola. All of KONBAŞ Ambalaj Sanayi A.Ş.'s products are manufactured under the supervision of the Turkish Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Livestock, holding Business Registration Certificate TR-34-K-053391 dated January 6, 2015.
