The vinegar adventure of the KÜKRER family begins in the early 1900s when Grandma Fatma first sold the vinegar she had made in earthenware jugs and later in oak barrels to the civil authorities of Eskişehir. Later, with the increase in demand, the production of grape vinegar specially made in oak barrels is increased in the Kükrer apartment, which is described as the first apartment of Eskişehir, located in Eskişehir's Historical Odunpazarı region today. At that time, the grape vinegar of the Kükrer family was liked so much that it started to be popular not only from Eskişehir but also from the surrounding provinces. This is the date; Roars of directing investment to all sectors of the circus family and becoming a turning point for Turkey's first and only 100% natural vinegar produced by fermentation method.
