Our journey began in Samsun, where our founder, Kemal Taşar, first encountered the art of chocolatiering in his father's chocolate and confectionery shop. This passion led to the establishment of Melodi Chocolate in Istanbul in 1968, marking the beginning of a legacy in Turkish boutique chocolate manufacturing and supply.
