Nigar Packaging Corrugated Box and Packaging San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. It was established in 1993 to serve the packaging industry in Turkey. Our business was established on a total area of 33.928 m2 with a closed area of 23,500 m2 and an open area of 10,428 m2. There are 2 corrugated machines in our business.
Our corrugated machines can produce C, B, E single wave and C+B, C+E, B+E double wave sheet with a width of 1600 mm. In our Texo Inline machine, we can work with sheets between 350 x 570 mm and 1300 x 2840 mm. In this machine, where we print from the bottom with 4 colors, our maximum workable printing surface measures 1200 x 2750 mm.
With Texo Inline, which has automatic feed, we have a working capacity of 15000 sheets per hour. In our Texo Rotary machine, we can work with sheets between 500 x 800 mm and 1600 x 2800 mm. In this machine, where we print from the bottom with 5 colors, our maximum workable printing surface measures 1600 x 2800 mm. With Texo Rotary, which has automatic feed, we have a working capacity of 10500 sheets per hour. In our bobst machine, we can work with sheets between 400 x 600 mm and 1100 x 1600 mm.
We have a working capacity of 4500 sheets per hour with the Bobst machine we use in the production of special cut boxes. In addition, there are 1 4 color IN-LINE, 1 3 color HCC and 1 2 color SIMON box machine in our business. Nigar Ambalaj, which reaches a capacity of 30,000 tons per year, continues its investments rapidly.
