Nurlu is Turkey's leading polyamide thermal insulation profiles manufacturer. Nurlu, which has specialized in this sector for more than 20 years, effectively prevents thermal bridges by creating thermal gaps in aluminum window and facade systems. Our company offers a wide range of products and is capable of providing bespoke design solutions to our customers.
Our products:
PA66 Thermal Insulation Profile: Polyamide PA66 thermal insulation profiles are Nurlu's area of expertise. These profiles have been proven in many applications worldwide and provide excellent thermal insulation in aluminum window and façade systems.
Wide Profile Variety: We offer standard polyamide and PVC thermal insulation profiles in 400 different geometries from 9 to 75 mm. We offer a wide range of options to choose the one that suits you best.
Special Designs: If you cannot find what you are looking for among our standard products, our mold department can help you create special designs. We are here to provide you with better insulation with our experience in special profile designs.
Optimum Material Options: Apart from our standard 25% glass fiber reinforced polyamide (PA66 GF25) material, we produce high quality profiles with other materials (e.g. PVC, ABS, ASA) depending on your needs and requests. We have more than 400 standard PVC profiles.
