Our Products

1. Aluminum Tubes

Perfektüp utilizes the most advanced technology in aluminum tube production in Turkey and Bulgaria. With high-capacity machines, we can reach an annual production volume of 350 million units. Continuously generating new creative ideas and experiences, we provide customers with a broader market opportunity. Perfektüp's fully automated production lines are capable of meeting customer demands, and with camera-equipped machines capable of offset printing in different background colors and up to 6 colors, we achieve vibrant and aesthetically pleasing results. Every stage of the process is conducted under continuous quality control, with tubes subjected to 100% perforation selection control.

2. Laminated Tubes

Laminated tubes, favored by many product manufacturers, especially in personal care and food industries, for their non-deformability and durability, are produced by Perfektüp using AISA tube-making machines, reaching an annual capacity of 185 million units. We offer a wide range of plastic shoulder and cap portfolios to meet customer demands.

3. Aerosol Cans

Perfektüp Aerosol offers a variety of surface options such as transparent, gold, and white metalized for aluminum surfaces and provides all colors during the printing stage. Finally, an outer varnish is applied in matte, semi-matte, glossy, and glittery styles. To prevent product interaction with the metal surface, the inner surface is coated with epoxy varnish. Perfektüp Aerosol meets all customer demands regarding diameter, length, shape, and different pressures (12, 15, 18 bars).

4. Cylindrical Cans

Perfektüp Aerosol produces rigid aluminum cans in various diameters and sizes. Production is carried out in different sizes such as 35 mm, 38 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, and 53 mm.
