Sheets | Polyurethane plate molds
Our polyurethane plate molds are in the dimensions of 3000x500 mm, 4000x500 mm and 5000x270 mm and are produced in different thicknesses between 2-25 mm. In line with your orders, the production of the plates is made in hardnesses ranging from 40-100 Shore A. We cut the desired dimensions according to the plate sizes mentioned above. The cut plates are mostly used in scrapers, erasers, squeegees, gaskets, tapes and cleaning tools. Plates that are molded for special purposes are used as blanket scrapers, conveyor scrapers, scrapers in snowplows and asphalt machines. Production is made in the form of square wedges or lamas in desired dimensions. Plates that are vibration absorber, resistant to heavy loads and impacts, provide a quiet and comfortable working surface, and show high resistance to abrasion and tearing under the knife are among our main production subjects.
