UNIKON Metallurgical and Chemical Industries Ltd. founded at 1988, is a producer of exothermic & insulating sleeves, topping compounds, mini risers, sand binders for cores & moulds, industrial carbons and chromite based compounds, serving to iron & steel and casting industries in Turkey and to the World markets. The factory is based on 27.000 m2 UNIKON land in which industrial halls are 3000 m2 offices and other facilities are 700 m2. The plant is located at Gebze which is 50 km. away from Istanbul.

We are producing the best quality exothermic and insulating type riser sleeves with the highest competitiveness for both local and international markets with the capacity of 10 million pieces/year for feeder sleeves and 6 million pieces/year for mini risers. The ability of die manufacturing in our factory gives us the flexibility of any kind of sleeve production to the market.
